These movie clips are in .AVI format, which can be played by Windows Media Player (which comes free with Windows).
Most of them are quite dark, so you'll need to adjust the brightness control on your Windows Media Player.
Each clip is many megabytes in size, so you don't want to try to download any of these unless you have a high-speed connection (not a dial-up connection of 56k or less).
When you click on a clip's filename, your browser might ask you whether to save the file or open it; your best bet is to save the file to your desktop until it downloads completely. Then double-click on the icon on your desktop to start the movie.
If you don't get the option to save the file, just wait a minute or two after clicking on a clip's filename (assuming you have a high-speed connection); then your Windows Media Player should fire up and display the movie.
